When we host a ceremony we don’t open to anyone else. The garden, the olive trees, the hall and the kitchen work for one celebration only, yours.
It’s a choice we made because a reception is not just a bigger lunch. It’s a whole day, with its own rhythms, its silences and its toasts, and it needs to be planned together long before the guests arrive.
We sit down with you, listen to the celebration you have in mind and build the menu around the people you’re inviting, the season and what the countryside gives us at that time of year.
